Prior to joining Awaysis Capital in 2021, Ms. Iannitelli was Head of Investor Relations for Psyence Group Inc., a public life science biotechnology company listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange and OTC Markets. From 2010 to 2018 Ms. Iannitelli was Director of Investor Relations and Business Development for the Delavaco Group where she coordinated SEDAR/SEC filings with the executive management team, SEDAR/SEC counsel, and auditor. She was the primary contact with investors for questions regarding funds raised, paperwork, legal and accountants and responsible for business development, fundraising, fund structuring and the marketing of financial products. Over her 12 year career as Head of Investor Relations and Business Development, Ms. Iannitelli worked closely with legal counsel and investment banks during financings, Initial Public Offerings and Private Placements.
